Author Guidelines
Medha Drishty International Research Journal (MDIRJ) accepts scholarly manuscripts through its official online submission system and/or designated journal email. Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the MDIRJ Manuscript/Paper Template and the following author guidelines to facilitate an efficient editorial, peer-review, and publication process.
Criteria for Manuscript
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts meet the following requirements:

The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct.

The manuscript must not have been previously published or be simultaneously submitted to another journal, conference proceeding, edited volume, or publication platform.

The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, coherent, and academically appropriate language.

Research data, methodology, analysis, and findings must be presented accurately and responsibly.

Research interpretations, discussions, and conclusions should be logically developed and supported by appropriate evidence.

The manuscript should make a meaningful academic or practical contribution to its respective field.

Authors must ensure that all sources, quotations, data, figures, tables, and other borrowed material are appropriately acknowledged and cited.

Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data should comply with relevant ethical requirements.

All listed authors should have made a genuine contribution to the research and manuscript.
Preparation of Manuscripts
Authors should ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal's formatting, ethical, and submission requirements before submission. Manuscripts that do not sufficiently follow the prescribed guidelines may be returned to the authors for correction before entering the peer-review process.
Manuscript Format

Manuscripts should preferably be prepared in English. Hindi or other language submissions may be considered where specifically permitted by the journal.

Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.

Authors should use the official MDIRJ Paper/Manuscript Template, where available.

The manuscript should be properly formatted and organized according to the nature of the research.

Tables, figures, graphs, charts, and illustrations should be clearly numbered, titled, and appropriately referred to within the manuscript.

All figures and tables should be of suitable quality and should not contain copyrighted material without appropriate permission or attribution.
Manuscript Structure
Title
The title should be concise, specific, informative, and representative of the research. It should clearly communicate the subject and focus of the manuscript.
Author Information
Provide the full name of each author along with their institutional affiliation, department, city, country, and other required information. The corresponding author's email address should be clearly identified.
Abstract
The abstract should provide a concise overview of the research, including the background/objective, methodology, major findings, and principal conclusion. Authors should avoid unnecessary references, citations, abbreviations, or unsupported claims in the abstract.
Keywords
Provide 4–8 relevant keywords or key phrases that accurately represent the subject, concepts, methodology, and major themes of the manuscript.
Introduction
The introduction should establish the background and context of the research, identify the research problem or knowledge gap, briefly discuss relevant literature, and clearly state the objectives, research questions, or hypotheses where applicable.
Literature Review
Where appropriate, the manuscript should present a relevant and critical review of previous research. The literature review should establish the theoretical or conceptual foundation of the study and clearly identify the research gap addressed by the manuscript.
Materials and Methods / Research Methodology
The methodology section should provide sufficient information regarding the research design, participants or study population, sampling procedure, instruments, data sources, procedures, variables, and methods of analysis to enable appropriate academic evaluation and, where applicable, replication.
Results / Findings
Research findings should be presented clearly and systematically. Tables, figures, graphs, and statistical results should be used appropriately to communicate important findings without unnecessary repetition.
Discussion
The discussion should interpret the findings in relation to the research objectives, existing literature, theoretical perspectives, and practical implications. Authors should distinguish clearly between evidence-based findings and interpretations.
Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the principal findings and explain the contribution and significance of the research. Where appropriate, authors may include recommendations, limitations, implications, and suggestions for future research.
References
All sources cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list, and all references listed should correspond to citations within the manuscript. Authors should follow the referencing style prescribed by the journal and ensure that bibliographic information is accurate and complete.
Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, originality, basic quality, formatting, and compliance with journal requirements.

Manuscripts considered suitable for external evaluation are subjected to a Double-Blind Peer Review Process, generally involving at least two qualified subject experts.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, methodological quality, academic relevance, clarity, ethical considerations, and scholarly contribution.

Authors receive editorial decisions such as acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection through the official communication channel.

Where revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript within the specified timeframe.

Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation where necessary.

The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief and/or Editorial Board.
After Acceptance
Following acceptance, authors may be required to submit:

Signed Copyright/Publication Agreement, as applicable.

Author Declaration/Undertaking Form.

Final corrected version of the manuscript.

Author details and other publication information required by the Editorial Office.

Proof of publication or processing fee payment, if applicable.
Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication after completion of the required editorial, technical, and administrative formalities.
Plagiarism and Research Integrity
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with accepted standards of academic integrity. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, duplicate publication, inappropriate citation practices, authorship disputes, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected or investigated in accordance with the journal's publication-ethics procedures.
Authors should not manipulate research data, results, images, citations, or references. Any suspected ethical concern may be referred to the appropriate authors, institutions, or relevant authorities where necessary.
Privacy Statement
Names, institutional affiliations, contact details, email addresses, and other personal information submitted through the journal's website or publication system will be used primarily for editorial, peer-review, communication, and publication-related purposes.
The journal is committed to protecting the confidentiality of author and reviewer information and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and journal policies.
